  • Developing bonus structure for key senior leaders
  • Reviewing and updating social media policy to ensure alignment with recent NRLB recommendations
  • Assisting with implementation of HR department restructure following analysis and recommendations to President and CFO
  • Reviewing HR support of ISO 9001 work plans
  • Conducting an exit interview with an employee who recently resigned his position
  • Assisting an employee whose company recently closed update her resume and prepare for interviews
