How Has Cornerstone Helped Clients with Culture and Employee Satisfaction?

  • Guided a client’s submission to the Best Places Work program.  The client was named one of Maine’s Best Places to Work in 2012.
  • Conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey for a client and then followed up with focus group work to identify areas to improve employee satisfaction.  Specific, achievable action plans have been developed in response to the data.
  •  Facilitated a team of “A Player” employees to develop a client’s Values Statements that will now provide the foundation for recruitment, performance management and rewards systems.
